Zimbra ZCO 8.0.7 causes Outlook to crash

Anyone experiencing this issue with Zimbra?  We’re running 8.0.7 (Since 4/14/2014) and Microsoft Office 2010.  We are of course running the Zimbra Connector for Outlook (ZCO) version 8.0.7.  Within a few days of each other last week, I had 5 users experiencing Outlook crashes (BEX64 error) due to ZCO crashing.

Seems that the correlated event between all 5 users was adding a flight reservation appointment to their calendar.

Upon reading this forum on Zimbra’s website, it appears that this is a widespread problem. http://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-connector-outlook/71541-zco-8-0-7-causes-outlook-2010-crash.html

A temp fix is to login to the support portal and download the beta ZCO for version 8.0.8.  Seems to have fixed our issues here…

Anyone else having this bug?

Yes! just upgraded and installed the 8.0.7 connector and outlook is crashing. Where can I find the 8.0.8 ZCO download. Zimbra site does not make it easy to find the beta version. Thanks.

I believe you have to have an active support contract to login and download the updated ZCO.

Yes sir, same thing happening here on Outlook 2013 (from office 365 suite). Tried a couple of things but just workarrounds cause eventually it happens again.
Also a BEX (buffer overflow) issue appeared once.
    Hope a fix comes soon
